Last week’s reversal of Roe v. Wade has caused a stir of emotions throughout the United States and within our local community. We recognize that as a leadership organization by women and for women the decision has an impact on all of us, our sisters, daughters, friends and those whom we serve. The Junior League of Peoria extends our support to the women of our community, no matter your journey, decision, or belief.  As an organization, we are committed to protecting a woman’s fundamental right to information and support, especially when it comes to her health and well-being.
