MODEL in the Fairy Fashion Show – not available

Sign up your Fairy to Model in one of our Fairy Fashion Shows!  For a minimal fee, your fairy will have a chance to strut her stuff on the runway.  While she walks the runway, special remarks will be read aloud about each fairy.  Think your fairy might be too shy?  We have special guests on stage to hold hands if needed.

Models will be responsible for providing the fashion selection they will model in the show. All selections should be modest and in good taste. Each participant will model only one outfit per show.
This year’s theme is “Sky Explorers.”

Hair and dress rehearsal: Models will be offered an optional 15 minute hair appointment before the tea. Models must arrive at their scheduled call time (to be assigned by the Junior League of Peoria) for their appointment and a brief rehearsal of the runway show.

Model participation will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis. Only 25 models will be selected per show. Please complete this form as early as possible to ensure a participation slot. If registering for more than one model, please fill out a separate form. All entries due no later than February 29.
